A rapidly growing global fashion brand sought a clear, analytically driven 5-year growth plan.

We worked closely with company executives to construct a growth plan by channel of distribution and major business unit. We then spent significant time delving into the higher-risk portions of the plan – domestic market growth and saturation, outlet stores, international, new product categories and potential acquisitions. With the international component, we looked at opportunities region x region, and estimated market potential by country based on current consumer behavior and sales, competitor benchmarks and projected future spending growth.
The company was able to align its executive team and Board of Directors around the key priorities and initiatives for the brand and subsequently enjoyed several years of industry-leading growth.
